What is your question?
SEEMS LIKE THERE ISN'T MUCH PRESSURE IN HOSES, FEELS LIKE A LOT OF AIR, NOT MUCH CIRCULATION BUT THE PUMP AND THERMOSTAT ARE BRAND NEW.
What makes this problem better or worse?
YOU CAN DRIVE 10 OR 15 MILES BEFORE THE ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON AND IT LEAKS OUT THE OVERFLOW
How long has your 2003 Cadillac CTS had this problem?
THE VEHICLE SAT 5 YEARS AND WHEN I GOT IT STARTED IT OVERHEATED IMMEDIATELY, i FIGURED THE THERMOSTAT WAS STUCK. i REPLACED THE THERMOSTAT AND WHILE i WAS IN THERE I CHANGED THE WATER PUMP ALSO.

Hello, with the vehicle sitting for five years, there are so many possibilities. However, initially, I'll suggest that you could have an air pocket in your cooling system following doing the repairs you have. Purge the air out of the cooling system first. Further, make sure your cooing fans are working as designed - are they turning on at idle when the temperature rises?
