my car has a hard pedal but no brakes

since it is all brake locations. i would first suspect a defective master cylinder. make sure you check the brake booster for signs of the fluid leaking from master into it, if this is noted replace the booster as well. the brake fluid will break down the diaphrams inside as they are rubber. good luck!
