What kind of coolent do I need to put in car? My car is overheating while idling

My car is overheating while idling, I have not see. Nor spelled anything , seems to be fine while driving. If coolent is needed what should I put in my 2015 Cadillac ATS

Hello, have you checked to see if your cooling fans operate while your vehicle is sitting still? That's the first place I'd look. Have any cooling system repairs been performed recently?
