This problem started without prior warning. Vehicle idles but hesitates or stalls when the accelerator is depressed. Holding the rpm a little higher while applying brakes avoids stalling. I'm pretty sure the ICV is either stuck or bad. I am good with mechanical things. Is this something I can change myself?
