How do I take a starter off

Hello, I'm concerned there's a rush to judgement based off of a sound. Please consider having your starter evaluated. It may be something completely different. The instruction manual does not seem to indicate any abnormal direction in starter motor replacement. Lifting the vehicle is necessary, though, so if that's not possible for you, seek professional local guidance.
