Hello, I am having trouble with my a/c system, here's what I I replaced. Compressor, condenser with built in reciever/dryer, expansion valve and all line seals. Two components didn't replace is the Transducer and Evaporator coil inside of car. After these gotten replaced I evacuated the system and I am absolutely there's no leak, I begin to charge freon and discover the compressor not engaging. I turned off engine and went ahead continue charging freon by flipped upside down the can. I put roughly 16oz of refrigerant in thinking that's what it needs, start engine and touch Auto button, the a/c indicator lid up but don't hear clutch clicks on, said to myself this is Bad, time for digital volt meter. Here's my wires voltage so far. No power at compressor clutch plug, No reference and signal voltage at the Transducer plug.I have battery voltage at both wires that plug into the compressor control valve ( rear of compressor). This measurement is with KOEO . Control panel functions fine. Thnx

Hello, seek professional air conditioning system guidance from someone with proper EPA refrigerant handling certification, training, and necessary equipment. This kind of "testing" you are doing is not helpful or on the right track. This forum cannot be used to explain theory and operation of an air conditioning system components or explain wiring and component operation. Especially if you've had problems for 4 years -- seek help.
