Have a Buick Terraza got it to run pulled of trailer now when trying to start the veichle the dash lights go crazy radio spazzing and hear weird noises had a battery charger on it to charge battery was reading 15 after testing it what is the problem and why is it doing what it is doing then when I turned car off and took key out the radio stayed on
