Can the A frame be fix

Hello, could you provide a little more detail. Did you mean an A arm like a control arm? Those can be replaced. If you meant the K frame, also referred to as a subframe, that can be replaced, but typically if that is damaged it may have also damaged the body. All of which becomes prohibitively expensive to fix.
