Cannot shift out of park

Hello, when the vehicle will not shift out of park, it's best to check the brake light switch to see if you have brake lights coming on when pressing the brake pedal. If you do not have lights, you have a brake light switch or wiring issue. Once you get the brake light switch verified as being functional, then you can test further in the shift interlock system.
