Hello, Look for a vacuum leak, that is typically what will cause a high idle. The leak can be anywhere, so spray a mist of water on all seals, vacuum lines, gaskets, etc. When the engine changes its tune, you have found the leak. If you have oil leaks, start there. Old, dry, cracked vacuum lines? start there.
