What is your question?
Just occurred yesterday for 1st time after jump starting car. Occasionally in past had to hold trunk hood down to have it engage locked. Car is seldom started or driven (100 miles/yr) just to get inspected annually. Tried WD40 and held trunk down can hear motor turning to latch but wont latch. Also after car started yesterday the power locks inside car would lock & unlock on it's own (spooky). The remote "clicker" for truck & doors hasn't worked periodically, but trunk would latch shut always. Finally with car locked (alarm set) it goes off (the alarm) with no one near it to set off - as such I use remote to shut off alarm by unlocking the doors ANY IDEAS-HELP?

This is a touch issue to diagnose over the internet. A hands-on inspection is needed. It could be that the latch is out of adjustment and not catching. The other issue could be electrical. Use this link to find a good shop near you. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops Alex
