What is your question?

Our 95 Riv seems to have a mind of her own. A/C and Heater jump around whenever they choose to. Radio jumps all over too. Steering wheel controls have not work at all since we purchased it used 4 years ago. Our issues sound very similar to Rookie's and the suggestion from Journeyman about resistance makes the most sense. How do we proceed to fix it? We appreciate any help at all cuz the wife loves this car.
