Bad steering fluid leak

I have a slow power steering fluid leak in my buick rendezvous 2005. I have tried three different fluids with stop leak features but the problem stil exists. I see small seepage and 2-3 inches drip stains under the engine and also a lot of oil sludge on the side of the engine, near belt and pulley, and down under every where when i open the hood. It appears like oil sprayed around. Should I spray engine degreaser and hose it all off?!!
