we recently had a tow brake package installed and now our brake lights stay on continually and drains the battery. Before the tow package we had the car in the shop for all the lights coming on when ever, we would be in the house and notice they were on,some switch was replaced by the dealer, could this be the same problem?

I would recommend trip back the the shop that installed your tow brake package. I could be related to the new tow brake or the brake light switch located on the brake switch.
