I am not a professional mechanic, but ours did the same thing. We were told that our wheel bearings were bad and needed to be replaced. We said they were very new - they said "oh, I didn't know that". Then they proceeded to tell us that they were poor quality. We replaced both of them again (under warranty) and it did not fix the problem. Took it to a different place, they told us that a different wheel bearing was bad. I pulled the wheel and found that the connector had come apart. I cleaned it, put it back together, and secured it. This seemed to help ALOT, and the anti-lock brake light does not come on anymore, but we still get an occasional AWD disable light. I am convinced that it is loose or dirty connections in the harness leading to the wheel bearings. Wish you the best!
