No crank has no crank relay enable from pcm

Hello, If the PCM is not powering the starter relay, it is likely because the ignition switch is not requesting it, or the transmission safety switch is malfunctioning. Try to start it in neutral to see what it does. For that matter, try to start it in any gear to see if the relay clicks is powered. Obviously, disconnect the relay and test at the terminal or the pin for the starter relay at the PCM. You should also think of the brake light switch. Test it to make sure you get nearly no resistance when the brake pedal is depressed.
