Need to unlock radio in 2000 Buick lesabre

I got another radio out of a 2000 Buick leaves and put it In My 2002 pontiac lesabre hooked it up and it works until I start the car and then it lockes

What makes this problem better or worse?

When i turn the ignition switch on the radio locks
