Is there a fix for problem with SD card navigation system?

What is your question?

Message: Navigation SD card is loading. Card doesn’t load. After car is turned off and restarted after about10 minutes the system again works correctly. Dealer says this is a problem with Regals. I have had this problem periodically since the car was new.
