I'm currently dealing with the same issue with my 2011. Cold weather makes it worse. Disconnecting and reconnecting the throttle body cable seems to make it better for a while, but the problem always returns. I plan on spending a good bit of time this weekend on it, I'll let you know if I manage to get it fixed. Update: Since I couldn't purchase just the sensor, I bought the whole assembly from Amazon for $145, dealer wanted more than twice that. Fix took all of 5 minutes, and I'm no mechanic. No problems whatsoever since.
p2135 you do need to change the throttle body I have a 2011 regal that had a shut down engine with stability track you can get the part at AutoZone for $180 and do it yourself since the dealerships going to want 500 good luck hope this helps
I got the throttle body assembly from Amazon for $145, It fixed the code for me. I tried finding just the sensor, but had no luck getting it without the throttle body.
Thanks very much for info. I have been putting this off ,but the wife says no more. time to fix .
