Have changed every sensor computer, starter, coils and icm still having the same problem.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing.
How long has your 2003 Buick Regal had this problem?
Over a year and a half.

Hello, it concerns me that you have replaced so many components and probably haven't done any testing to even see if any of those items are failing in the first place. Testing is a required part of a repair process. If you don't test, you have no idea if the work you are doing is going to result in success. In this case, not only have you replaced components that probably were just fine, but you could actually replace good items with ones of lesser quality. You will need to check to see when it will not start back up if you have no spark or no fuel. Once you find out which is missing then you can trace further and troubleshoot that particular area of engine performance. All of that is assuming that the engine cranks in the first place.
