I have code C1241 on 2000 buick regal GS

What is your question?

I have a 2000 buick Regal GS. I have both ABS And traction light on. As well service engine soon. I checked on scanner shows code C1241 Im been reading on GM tech Line that a wire might be grounding out. Or low voltage from alternator. Is this a common problem on buick regals? And what you recommend me to do?
