Radiator reservoir tank is empty. Coolant is black, what's left. If I take the lower hose and drain most of the Coolant from the engine, how do I drain the Coolant from inside the radiator.

The radiator has a "petcock" at the bottom that can be loosened to drain it. However, I'm going to caution you doing all this -- if you're not very aware of all components and how to deal with it, you can create more problems when trying to fill coolant -- creating an air pocket that can cause major issues, and so on. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
