clip on gear shift broke

I can only give you a temporary fix. You need a new clip. Your clip might not be broken it might have just come off If you put it back on and it doesn't work still you will have to put your hand inside the shifter and gently push the clip in. It will take it out of park and make it driveable but like I said it is only a temporary fix and a pain in the butt making sure you don't knock it back off.
