Power sterring leaking

I had a problem with my Serpentine belt we replaced it cuz it broke we drove the car for 3weeks it was OK well it wasn't the belt started to Shred and we looked under and it was leaking so we replaced the water pump cuz the pulley was rocking then we started the car and there is power sterring fluid shooting out and it leaked all out so do we need to replace it or is it a hose that is leaking please help
