bad frame rust in the rear of my Regal

I have a 1994 regal that I have just noticed that the rear frame and suprestion on the pass side is badly rusted to the point that I don't know if it is safe to drive it. Is there some kind of repair kit to fix the frame so it doesn't fall apart? Rest of the car is in good shape and runs good
