Hi, when you shared about a possible carburetor concern, I immediately took note, as your 2007 Rainier does not have a carburetor. Fuel is delivered via fuel injectors. The vehicle has a return-less fuel system with a fuel pump immersed in the fuel tank sending fuel to the fuel injectors at the engine. First, the vehicle needs to have a known good battery installed - not just charged but passing a load test. This is essential, as a battery that is not holding a charge and proper voltage can cause all kinds of driving concerns. It's not just about the vehicle starting, it's about having enough constant voltage on hand to operate various vehicle components. Once the battery is verified, there are many components to check first hand to see if any further problems are present. Checking air intake, fuel delivery and ignition spark systems is needed. Also emissions controls. Something will show up quickly and easily if your vehicle is not starting, to a skilled professional. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me
