after recharging dead battery have problems with the airconditioner ventilation

Last week the battery on my 2006 Ranier died. After charging the battery, the airconditioning started acting up. Air only flows from the bottom and top vents instead of the front. Does something need to be reset? or is this a computer or actuator problem?
