What is your question?
I try to pull in a parking spot and the tires squeal and it kinda bunny hops then when i go to back out and turn the wheel it does the same squeal with the tires and when i straighten the wheel i hear a popping noise from the front end.
What makes this problem better or worse?
It is worse the tighter the wheel is turned.
How long has your 2004 Buick Rainier had this problem?
A couple of months

Well, certainly there is a drive train problem of some kind -- whether it has to do with the all wheel drive system or just the automatic transmission itself is unclear and requires hands on testing to determine. It definitely does sound like something is binding, and could definitely be a transfer case related concern. Check all four of your tires -- are they the same model, size and have the same amount of tread depth? What often happens is that dissimilar tires can put abnormal strain on the transfer case and all wheel drive system, causing damage. Too hard to say and definitely requires a physical inspection to know what's going on.
Yes all 4 tires are the same size and everything. Bought the set last year. I have had it in 2 different shops and the fluids are all clean and good. They can't figure out what's wrong and told me i was better off selling it and getting something else. I have had almost a whole new front end put on it so it shouldn't b making the popping noise but it still does.
