My air quit working through the face vents and only worked through feet and windshield for awhile now none of it works we tested the blower moter and it's good what could it be

potentiometer possibly, i.e. the switch itself, or theres a short in the wiring.

a leak in the vac control lines that regulate the duct flaps or the selector switch body is cracked and leaks.
