My speedometer keeps fluctuating whenever I'm backing out in reverse or idling

There are a lot of problem with the IPC stepper motors failing, but before replacing IPC make sure have good power and grounds to it, ignition switches have been known to intermittently cause it to jump when power interrupted briefly.
