When my alarm is turned on, is there anyway if someone can start it up?

Remove keys from vehicle while it is parked and it is perfectly safe! A ‘car thief’ can steal any vehicle - regardless of ‘any type’ of security safe guards! (2001 Buick Park Avenues aren’t really a high priority for car theft)
