Why is my car using so much fuel and shaking when the gas pedal is pushed

My Check Engine Light comes on while in drive it flashes. The new parts that have been put on are Spark Plugs, Plug Wires, Coolant Temperature Sensor and Ignition Coils. Please help I parked it and also it doesn't get to temp so I am gonna change the thermostat.
