The transmission Shifts fine when car is first started and cool. When it heats up (180°-190°) ALL gears go out (even reverse) and the car wont drive. As soon as it cools down even a little like 5 minutes the car will drive and shift fine again for another few blocks. Why? What could be causing this? Why would it shift fine until heated up? HELP!!!!

Check the trans fluid first. That's the first thing to always do. Could be low that will cause gears to fail. That go from there. It might say how to check it on the stick. Some need to be warm and in park to check. Some in neutral.
Suspect pressure control solenoid inside trans pan.. Not a DIY fix!.. Can be scan tested with proper scanner, forget about the parts store - *parts salesperson* with some kind of code reader!
Thank you! That is my next step. I will update after it is completed and we find if that was the issue..
Already have checked the Trans fluid it is all good..
