Where is the shift solenoid B located on my 99 Buick park avenue series 2

I have a 1999 Buick Park Avenue 3800 Series 2 not supercharged I scanned it with my obd2/eobd scanner and got the code 0756 which is the Shift Solenoid B Performance/ Stuck Off I also noticed that once my speed is around 55 - 65 I’m at around 4000 rpm’s my question is where exactly is the said solenoid located and should I expect to drop the transmission at all to replace it? Also question 2 not as important my a/c and heater are doing some weird things one side blows cold while the other side blows hot no matter what setting I have it on is this just a temp sensor or ambient air sensor or is this deeper than that? No codes have come up when I scan it
