I was driving down highway at around 65 mph. The Engine stalled. What is wrong?

All dash lights came on car rolled to a stop. Try to start again. Engine turn over couple times. The power started clicking. Battery volts only showed 8. Light were very dim. When car was running output was at 13. What is wrong?

the battery is completely discharged more than likely due to the alternator being bad or the drive belt has broken.take the battery and the alternator to a parts store.have them test your alternator and get them to recharge your battery with their in store battery charger,takes bout an hour.
