what size brake line do I need and how many feet? I have to replace all of them

No listing on brake lines! .. They come in different lengths and diameters - plus the many other unions/fittings needed .. Measure - then go to parts store and buy what you think you need ... Suggest having another plan just in case this becomes the nightmare it can easily be! .. GOOD LUCK!!!

I agree, Pushrod, Without experience flaring and bending steel tubes, you really are at the mercy of your own ingenuity. Before taking this on, ask yourself, "can I teach myself to make an item that will be responsible for the safety of my passengers and other drivers?" If the answer is no, I recommend either purchasing pre-made lines (if available), or having the work completed by a professional technician. How do you know your metal brake lines are bad? Are they sprouting leaks, rusted through, or cut?
