How can I test the blower control module?

What is your question?

Installed new blower after old one seized. New blower would not activate. Also replaced burned BCM connector. Still no blower activity. blower works when bypassing BCM with jumper wire. Gray/black wire shows 7.9V at all fan speed settings.

is the resistor burnt? has the resistor been taken out and checked?there are a couple different resistors for your car,depending if it has Automatic temperature control or Manual temperature control or Automatic temperature control: With module/Resistor Block or Without automatic temperature control: With A/C-Resistor Block.one connector or a two connector?
