Car just clicks when trying to start. New battery. Won't jump either.

Hello, even with a new battery, you have to start by testing the battery. Start there. If the battery does test fully charged and able to sustain a load, then you continue testing from there. The only thing that will cause "clicking" when starting is not enough power getting through to the starter motor, or the starter motor drawing too much power, or the engine being seized.. Cables, corrosion should be checked if the battery does check good.. Then, the starter should be checked for draw, and the engine checked to ensure it turns. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
