What is your question?
When I put my car into a gear as it follows Drive,1 Reverse, Neutral, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd they hesitate badly but with extreme pressure of to the peddle it begins to move but not with any type of force. There is also horrible grinding sound like it is coming from the brakes when it finally does take motion. This is happening in every single gear and they are all the same in what they do.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Is all the same as far as no motion or fire
How long has your 2007 Buick Lucerne had this problem?
Couple of days

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Sorry to hear that the Lucerne is being stubborn! Your symptoms could indicate a transmission issue, such as low transmission fluid, a worn-out torque converter, or internal transmission damage. You could check the transmission fluid to make sure it's filled properly and that it's not dark or smells burnt. The grinding sound could also suggest problems with the brakes or wheel bearings. It could be that the brakes are locked up and not allowing the car to move. I'd avoid driving it and get it towed to have a pro check it out!
