Hey, my name is Dusty, and I'm one of the auto experts on RepairPal's Car Genius team. I'm here to help! That's annoying, for sure. One of the most likely sources of that humming sound could be a (or multiple) wheel bearing(s). Modern wheel bearings have a sealed design and require no maintenance; they only need to be replaced if they become noisy or sloppy. There are other possibilities, of course, but a competent and qualified technician would be able to pinpoint your specific issue.
