What is your question?
this issue began when the car blew a brake line replace the line have bled the brakes all abs and parking lights on – have left pedal seems to be firm. I have tested the wires completely into the circuit board the shift interlock solenoid will not suck its pin in, so I have a good ground and I have all-time power and the brake pedal activates the test light when pressed desert wire. I then used jumper wires and by pass the factory harness and it is still not working to me that confirms a solenoid is no good? The shift solenoid appears to be riveted or pressed into the shifting housing local parts dealers direct me to a Chevy dealer Chevy dealer informed me you have to buy the entire shifter for 500 plus dollars any other alternatives other than used?

Do you have a floor shifter or column shifter? Either way according to the workshop manual you can replace the shift lever interlock mechanism alone. That said, you may not be able to source the part on its own anymore for a 15 year old vehicle. I would also tell you that it would be highly unusual for the shift lever interlock mechanism to fail and far more common for the signal to be inappropriate. Add to that the story you shared about brake system issues and I'm more concerned that your testing theories may be off rather than a faulty mechanism being present. So, I'd recommend referring to a workshop manual and wiring diagram to really see what's going on and why.
