So to preface this, my Buick Lucerne 2006’s speakers, radio, and amp went out a little under a year ago and I just recently got everything replaced and fixed; radio, speakers, blinkers work phenomenally now. I’m that time, my doors, blinker, radio, and backup assist didn’t make any noise.
Now, I’ve looked through my user manual a couple times and it says that I should just be able to turn on my park assist (UPRA) with the set/reset button on my dashboard. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here. It’s stuck on “OFF” and it doesn’t change regardless if I press the button. I’ve tried other settings in the menu items and the set/reset button works perfectly fine, but just not for the park assist.
Every time I put my Lucerne in reverse, it says that my parking assist is off.
Any idea why this is happening? Or how to change the setting to “ON”?

Hello, to the information provided in the preface: what did you do to replace and repair your speakers and radio and signals? If not factory equipped items, I'm thinking there is a correlation with the repairs made and the operation of the area that are not working properly.
I would suggest restoring the vehicle if possible to factory condition then seeing how it all works.
