Where would I locate the ground for my fuel sensor?I suspect this it the problem

What is your question?

I have disconnected the positive side of my battery and waited a few seconds and reattached it. The fuel gauge works again, sometimes for 2-3 weeks, before I have to redo this procedure. There are no error codes when the fuel sensor fails. So, with that, I feel the ground is the culprit. Anyone know where to find it? Blackie

It is recommended if the fuel level sensor fails, to replace the fuel pump assembly if you have higher miles on your vehicle.
