Stop lamps are on continuously, no signals or hazards

What is your question?

Used hazards once, the signal and brake lamps ALL burnt out at once. Third top stop lamp hasn't been working. Replaced all needed bulbs and now all lamps in the back(-minus 3rd top) are constantly lit up when lights turn on.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Started after someone repaired my wiring and won't look at it again to remedy the iss, said, "you've got tail lamps, what more you want me to do?"
