My car was running and then all the sudden it just stalled out in the middle of the road and will not start back over and acts like it wants to start but wont what is the cause of this

It's a 2003 Buick. Lesabore

That Buick has a crank sensor, and I have seen these fail on multiple occasions. You would have to take it to a shop to have it tested. If the vehicle doesn't have spark or fuel pretty good chance it is the crank sensor. Don't rule out the fuel pump though check for fuel pressure.
