2002 Buck LeSabrea womt start with key but i can jump start the starter but it

try checking to see if your solenoid is getting voltage when the key is on/start mode, you either have a bad starter/solenoid (likely) or ignition switch/open wire to the solenoid. use a test light/dmm and start checking all connections.
