What is your question?
The car turns over and all the lights and such work. But it just won't start. There is no smell of gasoline like it is flooded.

The symptom you are describing is what would happen if your fuel pump stopped working. Engine cranks but won't start. But isn't the only thing that could cause this symptom. An easy way to tell if your fuel pump isn't turning on is to have someone turn the key on to the ignition position and listen by the fuel tank for buzzing sound of the fuel pump. Typically turns on for 3 seconds. If you don't hear the fuel pump. The pump may not be the problem. Could be a fuse, relay, wiring, ignition switch, and or PCM, Just to name a few.
