bad connection somewhere effecting all circuits. sometimes won't start till you slam the trunk lid 100 times or more....pot holes effect all electric circuits

Hello, if you think it's hard for you -- imagine how it is for me at my computer having no idea whatsoever about your vehicle first hand. I can't check anything or inspect obvious things or even begin to tell you where to look, frankly. You need professional, local guidance from a shop near you. I can say, however, that the first thing I would do is check for any aftermarket add on components such as alarms, tracking devices, remote starters or things of that nature - and remove them all completely. Then, I'd be looking for water damage somewhere or body damage -- I mean, what could the last 21 years of this vehicle look like? It's impossible to guess from here.
