01 lesabre custom making ticking noise

What is your question?

My car is making a ticking noise...it was kinda doing it before I did tune up ( spark plugs, wires, icm, air filter) but now it's a little louder...kinda sound like its coming from valve cover like a lifter its in the area of valve cover, pulley, and coils....can't tell where it's coming from but the sound like a clicking lifter....and when I go over 30 check engine start blinking
