When I turned the ignition on motor did not start, instead I heard spining sound. Opened the car hood and heard the starter just spining, and I had already taken out the ignition key out.

You'll need to determine if the voltage is being supplied to the starter solenoid or if the solenoid is stuck on. This will determine if the starter needs to be replaced or the starting circuit needs to be fault traced.
